This role will be focused on the delivery of professional, timely and accurate Accounts Receivable and administrative services. You'll apply your bookkeeping or accounting expertise to ensure processes reflect best practice levels and are aligned with our policies. You will need to be proactive with excellent attention to detail and customer facing communication skills.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Receipting & allocation of payments received
  • Sending out monthly arrears statements/letters
  • Ensuring timely followup on arrears communications
  • Ensuring all cutomer queries are solved in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of owner accounts
  • Preparation of ageing reports
  • Liaising with Strata Manager, Strata Management Assistants, Treasurers and owners
  • Bank reconciliation – daily/monthly
  • General administration
  • Processing Incoming / Outgoing mail
  • General administration support
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required by Management

Our Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
  • High attention to detail while working with high volumes
  • Accurate data entry
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Ability to reconcile accounts
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel & Word
